Approx 1000 kgs/hr cold pressed rapeseed oil extraction plant

 Used cold pressed  rapeseed oil extraction plant processing approximately 1000 kgs/hr of seed to produce 350 litres/hour of oil. Plant comprises of 7 Karl Strahle Gmbh & Co. KG Schreckempressr Type SK 130/3 speed oil screw presses with 7.5 kW 1445 rpm motor. Gearbox type SK83-132 M/4 i=164.70 n2=8.9., 1 off Amafilter Model 42V-230-32 vertical leaf pressure filter. The unit has a steel body with 10 stainless steel vertical plates giving approx 15 sq.m filtration area. The rest of the plant includes secondary filtration, pumps, stainless oil storage tanks, seed storage, conveying, drying and cleaning, air compressors and control systems. The plant has had little use and is in excellent condition.
