Used Newell Dunford approximately 1sqmt hastelloy C22 nutsche filter dryer. Has approximately 1118 mm diameter filter plate giving approximately 1sqmt filtration area. Filter body approximately 1160 mm diameter x 1372 mm straight side. Has welded dished top and clamped flat mobile bottom filter plate. Approximately 1,000 litre working capacity and 1,470 litre total capacity. Internal rated 4 bar/full vacuum design pressure at -25 to 150 deg.C. External stainless steel jacket rated 6 bar/full vacuum design pressure at -25 to 150 deg.C. Unit has S curve heated agitator direct driven by 0.75-7.5kW, 415 Volt, 3/50, 146-1460 rpm motor via Highfield Gears gearbox. Includes hydraulically operated side discharge with valve. Unit has Production Equipment hydraulic drive for agitator raise/lower with approximately 400 mm stroke. Unit is mounted on 3-legs. Unit includes Ajax screw conveyor approximately 152 mm diameter x 610 mm centres. Unit direct driven by 1.05 kW, 415 Volt, 3/10-50 Hz, 284-1420 rpm motor via Heligear gearbox rated 39/1 ratio. PL_
