Used 2.16m² BHS FEST-Druckfilter Type A9, 1.4571 stainless steel rotary pressure filter skid mounted complete with motor and gear box. Continuous rotary pressure filter with different zones for washing, extraction, steaming, drying or blowout. The drum is divided up into multiple filter cells in which the cake is formed. The dry cake is removed with scrapers. Facing the cake discharge side of the filter the drive motor and gearbox are on the right and the filtrate outlet on the left. Drum test pressure 6 bar, separating element boxes 3 bar.Drum outside diameter 1029.99mm. Min/max drum speed 17/105rpm. Filter drum driven by a Loher Type EMGV-180MB-04C flanged 15kW, 1460rpm, 380V, 50Hz, EExeII T3 motor through a reduction P.I.V Type BLC 225-12 V gearbox, reduction ratio 132,9:1. Variable gearbox by P.I.V. Type FKRHB 42 U, range of control 1:6 , speed 260 -1550 rpm Weight 8.23 tonnes.
